Kp Tooth Care Clinic, located in Neelankarai, Chennai, is a modern Dental Clinic equipped with latest advanced equipments. The clinic set up by Dr. Premila Suganthan, an accomplished Dental surgeon, in the year of 1999, offers a comprehensive range of services in Dental care. Dr Premila, with a track record of dental care practice of over 17 years, is specialized in Cosmetic, Implantation and Laser Dentistry. At 2009 Dr. Premila celebrated her 10 years of successful clinical practice by introducing WATERLASE (hard tissue laser) into the practice.



Dr. Premila’ Profile

Dr Premila Suganthan is an accomplished Dental surgeon. She has over 17 years experience in the field and has specialized in Cosmetic, Implantation and Laser Dentistry. Dr. Premila Suganthan, has graduated from RMDC&H, Annamalai University, Chidambaram in 1994. She has over 24 years of private practise in Mumbai and Chennai . Her specialization includes Cosmetic , Implant and Laser Dentistry.

  • A Diploma and certificate program in Laser Dentistry from AALZ & RWTH Aachen University at IALD, Mumbai in 2009

She is also in the faculty for the IALD Certificate Programme at Manipal University and DY Patil University,Mumbaifor the advanced post graduate diploma program and Course Director for competency programme in laser dentistry at Adhi Parasakthi Dental College, Melmaruvatur Tamilnadu.

She is on the panel of Peer review board for Journal of Lasers in Medical Scienceand also the Associate Editor for the international journal of laser dentistry, an official publication of IALD.

She has several on-going research projects currently and several papers published specializing on the usage of hard tissue lasers.

She has lectured extensively at the National Level in the field of hard and soft tissue Lasers , in day to day practice and also , She was the guest speaker at the International conferences on Laser dentistry , held in Mumbai and in Goa.

She was honoured with “BEST DENTIST AWARD” for the year 2012 from the TAMILNADU DR MGR MEDICAL UNIVERSITY on the occasion of the dentist day , by HIS EXCELLENCY The Governor of Tamil Nadu

Major disciplines of specialization in Dentistry
